― TPPとRCEPの影響に関する分析枠組み ―多国籍企業研究（2023）16号、35〜522023（C）多国籍企業学会　http://www.mne-jp.org/【研究ノート】要旨　本稿は自由貿易協定（FTA）の最新動向と海外直接投資（FDI）に関する文献を調査することを通じ、将来の研究のための分析枠組みを構築することを目的とする。アジア太平洋地域のFTAに関しては、米国のTPP（環太平洋パートナーシップ協定）離脱、米中貿易戦争の長期化、RCEP（地域的な包括的経済連携協定）の機能低下等により揺らいでいる。また、FDIへの影響要因に関する既存研究は優位性の活用、費用の最小化等の内部要因から検討したものが多かったが、FTA等の外部要因の視点からの分析は不十分である。さらに、いくつかの実証研究は同じネットワークにおいて取引相手の増加がFDIの成長を促すことを示したが、取引相手の戦略の相互影響に関する分析は不足している。最後に、本稿はFTAの揺らぎがFDIとグローバルサプライチェーンにどのような影響を与えるかについての研究課題を４つ提起した。キーワード自由貿易協定、海外直接投資、多国籍企業、サプライチェーン、グローバル化35揺らぐ自由貿易協定が直接投資とグローバル・サプライチェーンに与える影響Abstract　The purpose of this paper is to build an analytical framework for future research through surveying the latest trends in free trade agreements （FTAs） and literature on foreign direct investment （FDI）. FTAs in the Asia Pacific region are faltering from the US’s TPP （Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement） withdrawal, the protraction of the United States-China trade war, and the declining function of RCEP （Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership） etc. Most of the previous studies on the factors that affect FDI have examined internal factors such as advantage utilization, cost minimization etc., but the analysis of external factors such as FTAs is insufficient. In addition, several empirical studies have shown that the more trading partners in the same network, the more FDI increases, but an analysis on the mutual influence of trading partners’ strategies is lacking. Finally, this paper proposes four research issues on how the faltering of FTAs affect FDI and global supply chains.KeywordsFree trade agreement （FTA）, foreign direct investment （FDI）, multinational corporation （MNC）, supply chain, globalization.
